About
The bedrooms are large, well-equipped and supremely comfortable. There is a private sitting room with a fridge, freezer, kettle and microwave so guests can relax and unwind after a hard day’s walking (or shopping!). Each room has tea and coffee-making facilities, a TV and a hairdryer. Ironing facilities and WiFi internet are also available.
Breakfast should be a highlight of the day, and at Pantasaph Farm, we can promise you a breakfast worth getting up for!
Evening meals are served by arrangement and make a great end to the day.
We welcome children, walkers and cyclists and (well-behaved) dogs. We have a high chair and travel cot for toddlers, secure storage for your bikes and lovely walks for your dog. We also know that occasionally it can get a bit wet in Wales, and boots/clothes/dogs/children can get a bit muddy. We have a hosepipe for use in the yard to clean your boots/bike/dog, and we’ll even dry your clothes for you. The washing and drying of children is another matter entirely.

Our favourite dog-friendly B&B! Lovely comfy rooms, fabulous host and gorgeous food.
Wow! We stayed here for 1 night whilst walking the north wales coast path. What an amazing place and such a lovely experience to stay here. The room was more like an apartment, spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The welcome treat of cheese and biscuits was just divine! We certainly enjoyed them after a day of walking! And the breakfast was so tasty and plenty of it! Would highly recommend this place to stay!
I don’t even know where to begin. Pantasaph Farm is beautiful, idyllic and in a fantastic rural location. The accommodation is outstanding. We stayed in the twin room with the bathroom close by and use of our own private living room. All furnished tastefully and beautifully clean and hygienic.
Christine, our host, has absolutely gone above and beyond to ensure her guests’ comfort. There are more amenities than I’ve ever had in a B&B, a full range of teas and coffees, fresh orange juice and milk, nibbles, freshly made cakes (a really lovely touch), a full fridge to use, a toaster, kettle etc. making it easy to have a snack in the evening as well as a leisurely breakfast. Christine’s cooked breakfast is also to die for, together with fresh ground coffee and still warm home-baked bread.
With chickens roaming around the farmyard and cows to be seen from our window, it really made for a lovely stay, and we hope to return in the not too distant future. Five stars and a huge thumb’s up!
Excellent atmosphere, very welcoming staff. Great value for money. Will be back again soon as usual.
There are very few times when you know your choice is the right one as you pull up outside a property. Such is Pantasaph Farm.
The rooms are well kept, immaculate, spacious and homely. The welcome was tremendous. The nice little touches such as cake waiting for you on arrival. The home-cooked breakfast is superb.
TChristine literally was there to make sure that everything went as it should.
TAmazing and really wished we had stayed longer. Situation is good to get to Chester, down to Llangollen or across to Snowdonia. The Friary close by is superb to see too.
TJust so right and utterly recommended. Pantasaph Farm and Christine.. you rock
