Established in 2002, we offer the very best in Pilates, yoga and holistic fitness, with over 20 classes a week to choose from.
Our beautiful studio in Cefn-Y-Bedd, Wrexham is fully equipped with a wide assortment of specialist small equipment, as well as a full compliment of Pilates large equipment.
In Chester, we run a comprehensive timetable of classes from the studio within Beehive Healthcare, and we offer Pilates matwork classes at Gresford Memorial Hall, Gresford.
We also offer private tuition, retreats and workshops

I started my Pilates journey in January and wish I joined sooner!

The beginner’s course was a great introduction and the classes each week are amazing, highly recommend, very knowledgeable teacher

Helen is a great and understanding instructor. As someone who has played a variety of sports and currently basketball, my body has taken its share of wear and tear.

Helen is truly a wonder. She is a hugely knowledgeable Pilates instructor who has been really important to me in getting back to fitness after Breast Cancer. She has taught me how to look after my body better and therefore be able to do the exercise i want to do.

More than this her coaching, support and positive chats in our 1:1s is something im hugely grateful for.

I attended a 3 week beginner course with Bodywork-Pilates Ltd… it was amazing! I’ve done Pilates before with other teachers and didn’t like it but as Helen Conway is such a great teacher, she made it all simple and easy to follow.

I am continuing with regular classes as I enjoyed it so much . I’m looking forward to strengthening my body as I’m 67 and need to work on my stability.
